Circular walk with dad

My husband and Festus went alone on a circular walk.

The stiles were a challenge for a big dog like Festus.

This small gap in the fence, after the stop is lifted, is designated for dogs. 

He had a drink from the sheep's water feeder... with a splash.

The sheeps weren't impressed and came to see what is happening there.

Morning walk, nice weather

After making the post with our morning walk when was raining, I had to make another one, for nice weather.

As he loves our walks, Festus is eager to leave.

A few streets from us, going into Oxton village, one of our favourite places to stroll in the morning.

Boundaries

I believe that clear rules and boundaries are making life easier and nicer for dogs and owners alike. We don't want to be afraid that Festus will run every time we open the door, so we impose a very simple rule: he is not allowed outside without permission.
